Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Becerra Auto Glass website and online inquiry features. They also explain important limitations relating to estimates, scheduling, vehicle information, mobile service, and website content. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes, including learning about Becerra Auto Glass and requesting information or an estimate. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a manner that violates applicable law, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Service Information
Website descriptions are general and are intended to help customers understand the types of replacement services that may be available. Becerra Auto Glass focuses on auto glass replacement and related window-component replacement, including windshield replacement, door and side glass replacement, back glass replacement, window regulator replacement, rear truck slider replacement, and mobile auto glass replacement.
Website content does not guarantee that a particular service, part, appointment time, or mobile service location is available. Final service scope depends on the vehicle, part availability, job conditions, service location, scheduling, and direct confirmation by Becerra Auto Glass.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Estimate requests submitted through the website are requests for information and do not create a binding service agreement. Any preliminary price or estimate may be based on the information available at the time and may change if the vehicle, glass configuration, required hardware, sensors, moldings, damage, labor, taxes, location, access conditions, or other job requirements differ from what was initially described.
A final price, scope of work, payment terms, and any applicable warranty or additional charges should be confirmed directly before service is performed. Unless expressly confirmed by Becerra Auto Glass, website content is not a guarantee of price, part availability, completion time, or same-day service.
4. Vehicle Information, Glass Identification & Parts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information. Correct glass identification may depend on the exact year, make, model, trim, VIN, body style, factory options, rain sensors, cameras, antennas, heating elements, tint, acoustic glass, heads-up display, hardware, or other vehicle-specific features.
Photographs and VIN information may be requested to help identify the correct part. A part identified from incomplete or inaccurate information may need to be changed after the vehicle is inspected or additional information becomes available.
5. Mobile Service & Service Areas
References to Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and other cities or regions describe areas where mobile service may be available. They do not guarantee service at every address or at every requested time.
Mobile service is subject to safe and lawful working conditions, reasonable access to the vehicle, weather, lighting, parking, property rules, technician availability, travel considerations, and part availability. Becerra Auto Glass may require a different location or rescheduling if conditions are not appropriate for safe service.
6. Scheduling, Arrival Times & Changes
Requested appointment dates or times are not confirmed until accepted by Becerra Auto Glass. Arrival windows and completion estimates are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, prior appointments, part delays, vehicle conditions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any job-specific cancellation, deposit, special-order part, or rescheduling terms will apply only if they are separately disclosed and agreed to in connection with that service.
7. Cameras, Sensors & ADAS Calibration
Some vehicles include cameras, sensors, driver-assistance systems, rain sensors, lane-departure equipment, heads-up displays, or other technology associated with the windshield or surrounding components. Windshield replacement on certain vehicles may require static calibration, dynamic calibration, dealer procedures, diagnostic work, or other post-replacement steps.
Whether calibration or related work is required, available, included, excluded, or referred to another provider depends on the specific vehicle and the service agreed to. Customers should rely on the job-specific information provided for their vehicle rather than assuming calibration is included solely because a windshield is replaced.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, you represent that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to approve work on the vehicle. You are responsible for providing accurate information, making the vehicle reasonably accessible at the agreed location, removing personal items that could interfere with the work, and disclosing known vehicle conditions or modifications that may affect service.
You should follow any aftercare instructions provided after installation, including instructions concerning safe drive-away time, adhesives, tape, washing, window operation, or other job-specific precautions.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its original text, graphics, logos, design elements, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by Becerra Auto Glass or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, forms, maps, analytics, communications platforms, social media, or other websites. Third-party services are operated independently and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Becerra Auto Glass does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third parties.
11. Website Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and inquiry purposes. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that all content will always be current or free from inaccuracies.
Vehicle-specific service decisions should be based on direct inspection, accurate vehicle information, and the scope of work confirmed for the particular job. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a promise that every damaged glass component can be serviced in every location or under every condition.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Becerra Auto Glass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its general informational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law remain subject to that law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply. Any dispute relating solely to use of this website will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
